Rain data is ****ming people

I opened this account 2021 and I stopped using it , they called me saying my account is handed over I should pay . I paid 950 and asked the collectors to close it . I saw they did not because it kept collecting money from me everymonth even though I am not using the sim card . I wrote twice for support I have refferences . I was never assisted this month it still wants to collect money .
