Worst experience of my life!!
I took out a internet package from Rain and the signal was poor so I Noticed them that I am canceling immediately. Because it is within 7 days they said they will refund me for the month I prepaid. They also said the refund will take 10-14 days and its now 17 days and they don’t reply my mails I have send numerous mails and no respond. Their contact number does not work either.
