Rain data and service sucks!
5 G in the Bloemspruit super sucks and the service from rain sucks! I’ve been been cancelling for so many months and they kept debiting me until I changed my banking details! I have emailed countless times to cancel and telling them I have cancelled but they just ignore me! Already the 4 G was getting so slow so I tried to updgrade and 5 G never worked but I was charged so many times for both, even after I told them 5G never worked!

02 Jun 2023, 07:20Come ger your stupid router! I sent the location it hasnt been collected! As for outstanding invoices, i cancelled this long service long before those ****en invoices! And many tiles i called and cancelled but the people are too stupid to cancel! Dont irritate me!

Stupidly, the response from rain was that I cancelled in august 2022 and the outstanding invoices are for after the cancellation, how does this make sense???? I have you a ****en address to collect the router, you never collected it! Its still here taking up my house space! Now you have given the account to debt collectors! How does the account accumulate???
