Rain Data and Ram Courier

I have a two part complaint and seems like I slipped through the cracks . . . On Sunday 14th June I ordered a simcard from Rain Data and received an order confirmation that my simcard will be on the way via Ram Courier.

The links sent from Rains Dashboard DO NOT WORK. I tried calling Rain but they ALSO not taking calls. So. How. Do. I. Make. Contact? I sent them a message on Instagram and Facebook. Pathetic I tell you!

Sent an email to *** that sends you an automated response with an impossible link to logon to. It needs a username and password that must be thumb sucked from F knows where?? Also tried calling the service centre and no response. Sent another email the following day to same address and got another automated response.

My matter hasn't been resolved this is pathetic for two reputable companies to let this happen. It's been 4 working days and none of the above has gotten back to me
