Rain Data-a ****?

After establishing from Rain Website that the area in which I live was covered by Rain Data service, I subscribed and paid for a sim card which was duly delivered. After weeks of attempts to connect, innumerable e mails. filling out questionnaires and talking to technical staff, they eventually agreed that my area is not covered by their service and agreed to refund my subscription. I have 12 e mails promising to refund my subscription each one promising to escalate the refund, but after 2 months nothing has been done. They obviously have no intention of refunding, knowing full well that legal action will cost far more than the refund. It will be interesting to know how many other people have been caught this way.
