These guys don't want to cancel my service. I have requested a recording for when I took up the product because the sales person told me a different story when joining with regards to cancellation now I want to cancel based on what I was told when taking up the product and stories are nolonger matching, the guys at call centre are saying a different story to what I got when I joined. The last consultant I spoke to said they doing a follow up and asked that I hold for them and after +-5min he ended the call without saying anything to me. When I call in, after putting in my ID number the profile will show on their side and I think they have discussed that they not gonna assist me because they answer the call and keep quiet until I end the call.

These guys are really making it hard for me to cancel this product, it's a month to month deal and not a 12/24/36 months contract but it feels like it's a contract and I'm cancelling for simple reason the amount I'm paying monthly and the speed or network slow and bad, always buffering🤦
