I am with them for 4 months, this is my second bad experience with their support staff! I have not had access to Data since yesterday afternoon and this morning early, the support staff tried to convince me it is due to load shedding, really It was before load shedding. Then she tried to tell me that the towers don't have batteries, she then correct her self, confirming the towers have batteries. Like I say it was before load shedding. I want a time limit, I am now paying a second SP to have data while I must pay them as well. They could not give a time limited, and use the idea of how long is apiece of string. We are an IT based company and have dealings with Vodacom and MTN on the enterprice side, and we get answers from them! Sorry Rain , great model, NOT good support staff.
