Rain suspended my account even though I paid, I have called 5 consecutive days, 3 times daily I keep getting escalated story and all agents show that I paid. I have not received any communication, the only communication was when I called to cancel my account they were so quick to send me a cancellation reference. Wow what a company with it's "billing department". Eskom is way better than you guys.
