Rain cut my service with not reasonable explanation

After getting a new job i alert rain to change my debit date and they cut me off completely. It’s even before my original debit date. They used to debit on the 25th so now I called in on the 15th to ask the to move my debit order to the last of every month. They have cut me off completely and saying I must pay a full amount for them to restore my services. Had they cut me off on the 25th and advised me to pay pro-rata I would have understood. I have called Rain three times already and all they are telling is they are sorry for the inconvenience.
