Rain Customer what?

This is now the 4th time in the last 5months that I have logged a call via AI whatsapp line, my issue isn't the fact that the call is dealt with by AI, my issue is that any return calls are made almost a full day or more after the call is logged, maybe I'm new to customer service(only been working in the service industry for 33yrs) so I'm a bit green. Surely if a problem ticket is logged one would expect feedback in under a day. Pathetic service from Rain
