Customer service is horrible, I bought a premium package end of November and the Sim card never worked I kept on phoning every day but nobody seemed to assist. I then decided to cancel and get my refund and I'm still waiting for them to pick up the router since the 10th of December until today the router is still here!!!!! I am not happy
