RAIN CUSTOMER SUPPORT

We live in a remote area so there are no towers close to us. I complained about the poor reception. They went out of their way to accommodate me sending an outdoor unit to fix outside my house to improve the reception. Although we still don't have good reception it is a little better and their customer support to me was really excellent.
