Rain customer support does not work

We recently purchased the router from Rain the new rain one 01 router it stopped working after a while. We will ask them to replace it, it took them almost a month to come to us after we had to phone numerous times. After getting the new router I’ve been struggling since December the 15th just to get the router to work it turns on but it does not connect to anything. Called them 10+ times now and the keep stating that a network engineer will phone me back and they cannot put me through to one or a manager. I have not had a person from rain phone me once, and would not recommend this service to anyone.

And all the while we still pay the fee monthly.
