rain customer support agent is a lazy human

I had their outsourced delivery company mess up my delivery. I contacted rain via chat and had a Sindisiwe Mqadi 'assist me'. She's the laziest agent ever. She argued with my suggestions and refused to do what was required to sort out my query. I guess she thought because she knows better she doesn't do have to do anything. She's a disgrace to what customer service is.
