RAIN CUSTOMER SERVICES SUCKS

*** Im been wainting 4 weeks now for my order and a response that they do not want to tell me whats happening with my order very bad service. And as a customer for about 3 years .this is not right i paid everytime i will not pay anything again until i get my 5g order .i not getting a reply from them when i make a ticket to ask for any news on this matter .i think i send like 14 tickets allready can you guys at hello peter try to sort out this matter for me please
