Rain customer service worst ever

Worst customer service ever. Been trying to get in touch with accounting or billing department which is impossible. Promised call backs that never happen. Email support tickets closing query and asking for rating when nothing has been done. Truly disappointing service from a business with Michael Jordaan (that I have a lot of respect for) as a shareholder.
