Rain customer service very poor.

Am so annoyed with rain service. I mistakenly used my expired passport number instead of the new one. The courier service they couldn't delivery . They asked me to contact rain customer service.Since Monday been calling them 4 times a day .Nothing has been done. Until today am still back and forth with them. I really really regret buying from rain .Very poor customer service. They don't even deserve a single star. Am wasting my airtime calling them and the courier company, they don't even return back calls .
