RAIN Customer service useless
Utterly and completely useless service. Worse customer support. I had to deal with Telkom for years, and these Rain guys are on par with them, if not worse.
You call and get put on hold for HOURS. Think you can request a callback? No. Submit an online ticket? Also no. Email. Also no. It's 2023 and these guys expect you to wait on hold while they take their time getting around to not helping you :D

03 Jul 2023, 14:16Lol. Sure. I get as far as trying verify I am me. I hear that people randomly reporting problems is a huge problem. You hire people who simply cannot speak English. You call center is probably the size of a small garage crammed with 20 people, because you can literally hear 5 agents at the same time. Get an email address. Get a clue. Get a dustbin cause you *******.
