Rain Customer Service useless

I bought a package on the 1st of August 2022 and l was promised to receive my package on the 3rd.l receive a message on the 3rd that my package is out today for delivery from Ram.Package never delivered and l phone Ram and l was told that the vehicle was hijacked we are investigating.On the 5th l phoned Rain and they said they are going to send another package definitely by 16th will have my package, up to now there is no package.l ask for refund no 1 is answering l wrote on Facebook and still no help for my money back.
