Rain customer service sucks

Very frustrating still have had no feedback from rain I ordered rain and they used my name twice as my name and surname because the agent was to lazy to capture my surname on the job card now delivery can't be made until rain corrects my surname it has taken them a whole week and it is still not fixed a week to fix a surname I still don't have my rain delivered I would not recommend these people they have no customer service now it is my problem I have to keep calling them to find out if they have done anything it is so it means I have been waiting two weeks for my rain and still no one has even bothered to call me or at least fix my surname I won't recommend these people
