Rain customer service pathetic
Pathetic over the phone service. Consultants very unprofessional and super s***htfull. Just got rain activated, when calling due to NO reception, the guy on the other side, after already playing 20 questions, imagine, you have to call them 2 to 3 times due to their incompetency in like 10 minutes, and have to answer a gazillione security questions, frustration already running super high. Then, after removing sim and do all they say, they will keep on repeating everything, when you ask them not to repeat everything, they will be spitefull and put you on hold, for minutes at a time, disregarding the fact that we are using prepaid airtime, which cost us money

28 Oct 2021, 10:51It is only connected now due to the fact that it is mobile, as I have asked someone to take it with them and see if it connects on route, at home, it still wasn't working. The complaint was not about connection, it is about your *********** personnel, that does not know how to deal with customers
