Rain - Customer Service Non Existent

We have been waiting since Thursday for our sim card to be RICA'd. We have made payment for a service we haven't received. All the documents were submitted but it is still saying the documents are being verified? We want to know what is going on with our query as we ordered this service for things such as our children's schoolwork which cannot be done due to the non reply from your Support Team. Assist us please. Thank you.
