Rain customer service non existent

Hi Rain Their customer support in non existing i love the wifi fast and does not give issues but the support team are useless i have moved my payment date a lot then they move it back to the 25th when i move it to the 30th so every month for about 3-4 days i am without wifi that i pay for every month in full so rain your support is so bad even when i email you guys never get back to me or take a week that is just disgraceful
