Rain Customer Service Lacking

I got my Rain 5G modem delivered on the 25th June 2021, delivery and payment went off with not glitches. From Friday I have been waiting for the sim card to activated added to which not status update given on the call logged, every time I have to be calling and logging a call for the same issue.
