rain customer service is useless

I took out the sim card for R250 from rain and I receive my package on Friday and it's still activated . its saying "No Service" I contact via the support tab on the rain website however, that is useless . I requested call from rain and still have not been contacted when I checked my order on the rain website its saying in the Preparing your order, I don't understand this because my package was delivery by ram couriers on Friday
