Rain Customer Service is the worst

I've been a loyal Rain customer for over 18 months. I have two 4G/LTE and one 5G service running with them. On Monday my Rain supp**** 5G router stopped working. The issue was reported and i was told that my issue will be attended to within 2 to 48 hours. It is now 4 days and guess what, still no internet. Calls to customer service have yielded no fruits, instead 4 of those were dropped. A few of the consultants were actually very rude and one in particular went as far as refusing to escalate the call to her supervisor. I am seriously considering cancelling my service.
