Rain customer service is shocking!
This is one of the worst experiences with a service provider! Will not recommend them to anyone. Awesome advertising...registered my account on 31 August 2020, payment made 31 August 2020...sim delivered to my door...and that is where their service stops. No replies from them, a website with customer service not working... Numerous FaceBook messenger messages send, with the same old reply... Trying to reach them on email for the last 10 days with no response and or assistance. I have requested my refund...yet still no reply!
