Rain customer service is pathetically useless

Terrible service. No matter how many tickets I submit to rain no one ever calls back. Delivery was a nightmare as rain did not liase accordingly with courier and did not call me back either. For the last three days my rain router has not been working. Spent one hour calling customer service. Between holding on and failed calls still no one called me back. I am paying for something that is not working yet rain debits the money from my account despite it not working. Customer service is a mess. No one is able to assist or call back. Disgusting service.
