Rain customer service is PATHETIC!!!!!!
Rain customer service is the worst !!!! They do not answer any of their phone calls , the number is most of the time switched off They NEVER RESPOND TO EMAILS ASWELL !!! Rain has shown me that once your signed up then its Go to hell then . I have not had internet service for two days now and I should be working from home ! I have sent countless emails and tried calling and I'm left in the dark ???!!! I work hard for my money and I deserve what I pay for !!! I refuse to let this go !!! I refuse!!! I refuse !!
