Rain customer service is pathetic!

OMW I bought a rain 5G and this was delivered on Thursday the 9th. Today is the 11th and the status is still not confirmed as delivered nor SIM activated!

The courier company I give them 5 stars but seriously customer service at Rain a zero. Feels like my parcel is still tracking on route when it's already at home but is useless as ****!
