Rain customer service is non-existent

The people at rain do not care at all about their customers. There is no way to contact them and however you try they give the same message. Leave your email and contact number and someone will get back to you. Regardless of the urgency of your query you must wait for them to contact you at their leisure. As a consumer once you buy the sim you’re on your own. They obviously could care less about your problems
