Rain Ćustomer service is grossly in appropriate

I have been having connections issues with rain for the past 2months and yes I’ve lodged numerous calls with 4 consultants which all promise me that someone from their department will call me to sort out my problem to this day nobody has called me ,yet every single month rain is quick to deduct money from my account.

For me to use my network I have to be outside my house on the street and I use this for work because I work from home , I’m highly disappointed by this bad customer service and I’m having seconds thoughts of continuing to using their services
