Rain customer service is disgusting and terrible.

I had rain since 2020, begjnning of January 2023, I canceled the subscription because I relocated and there was no coverage. They have not canceled my subscription and still trying to debit my account even today. I called them and the Agent said they will cancel immediately and that did not happen. I have incurred bank charges because they keep trying to deduct for serviced I no longer use. I have sent so many emails and nobody responds to my emails. Who is going to pay for all the failed collection charges fees?
