RAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING!!!!

I had a problem with reseting my password, the process is complicated. I don't understand why that option is not on the app, anyway I was assisted by a very rude agent by the name Dimakatso, she sounded like she did not want to be there, like I was disturbing her, very unprofessional. She even muted me or just ignored me after assisting me there where no goodbyes or thanks for calling or ask me if I needed help with anything else, the whole experience was just appalling!!
