Rain Customer Service is ********** and a poor network issue not sorted out

#***8 It is truly disappointing to be a loyal customer for years and have to come to a platform like this to write a bad review on an otherwise good services for the last four years. However, Rain has been dropping a ball with their support service and empty promises. I am currently sitting with poor connection for the last four days hoping this was due to bad weather. I have processed a query ticket with no response.

This is really disappointing. To pay timeously for a service I do not receive is *****. I believe you can do better.
