Can there be a zero-star option, please? This is honestly the worst communication platform I have ever come across. Your internet is average but your customer service and platforms are the worst. Seems like you only have one person responding to complaints. If anyone uses rain for their business and you have not had any issues with communication, congratulations, sadly that has not been the case for us. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
