Rain is the worst, My device stopped giving a wifi signal on sunday, I called it in and technical support called me and they were not able to assist so they said they were going to book a replacement for me, today is tuesday and I called them and the replacement has not been sent or even logged in their system, and the guy who assisted me on the call told me he doesn't care what decision i make even if i cancel my contract,.
