Rain - Customer Service Does Not Exist

Ticket no: *** - This is not the first time, I've had my debit order not going off at all or on the date requested/arranged. The worst is not that at all, but it's the Non-existant Customer Service at Rain, that is FRUSTRATING, because a simple customer query, can turn to a circus of back and forth chats/emails with long intermittent breaks inbetween (or no response), and no alternative to contact telephonically. It's as if RAIN doesn't care anyway, of their customer service ratings and it's impact, as long as we pay. This is a general outlook most people have, of RAIN customer service and only their network is debatable.
