RAIN customer SERVICE? does not exist

My domestic worker wants to change her password. I tried to help her and when eventually on several occasions we got Rain on the phone during 2 hours (Our Expense). All we wanted was an email to show how to change a password. One time we were put through to another who put us through to another who then left us hanging on the phone for 10 mins till we gave up. Another time the phone was put down on us, after passing us from pillar to post. Surely it is a simple job to send an email that they presumably have on file. We are still waiting
