Rain customer service does not exist

Rain is actually dismal when it comes to customer service.I have complained more then 3 times regarding my internet speeds that are extremely slow and I have buffering issues.They dont get back to you and leave you at your own devices to come up with a solution.I have been complaining that I have a Rain tower less then 2 km away from my house and yet this useless router keeps on chooses a tower that is more then 4km away from my house.My internet speeds are at 0.59download and upload at 1.45mbps.I am paying for 30mbps and have had endless problems with my connectivity.If you are in the market for wifi choose wisely cause it seems we are paying for something that we will never see or properly use in our lifetimes.I hope to move to fibre that will be much better at what they promise cause at the moment it is not happening via Rain.
