Rain Customer service
Horrible customer service, never once attempt to rectify their errors and mistakes and getting them to attend to service tickets is a non existent request. I've been waiting weeks for them to sort out a billing error they made and contacting them has proven to be impossible since. Absolute thievery at this rate.
