RAIN Customer Service

The worst Internet Service Provider customer support. I've lodged numerous tickets on my internet service but I've had no success at assistance from RAIN. If you call you spend hours on the phone with no answer until you eventually hang up. A few months ago I've had a customer service agent call me the next day after calling and sending emails, I asked her to call me back after 5 as I would be home from work and she assured me that someone will call me, but it's only a myth.

I'm a paying customer and can't even get decent service. But rest assured that your internet will be stopped within minutes if you miss a payment.
