Rain Customer Service

Rain is very unprofessional i had ups & downs with this people and it seems like no one is helping me.? it's sad. yesterday i decided to take defeat and pay the accused money they claimed i owe. i payed closed to R1400 mind you. they said its for 2 months & remember that Rai is not a contract dealership i failed to understand why i was owing. nevermind that i payed around 7pm last night it immediately became active but this morning i woke up to find my account suspended i then called them & explained they told me that i cn see that i paid but in he system its not reflecting then they apologised and said they're going to escalate the matter to the billing department & the response will take 72hours. the reason why i ended up paying it is because it Internet in order to work. this is a total ****. can someone please advise what to do now. i was even told that I'm not in good books as if this is a contract account according to my understanding if u dont have money they must put your account onhold until u pay then it resumes theres no way someone can have 2months arrears.
