Rain customer service

My name is Vuyisile and I have a problem with the router. It keeps rebooting it self every few minutes. Reported the problem to rain via their app and never got back to me since around October 2023. I used whattsapp platform but it never helped always referred me to use the app or call. I called them on the 10th of January and they said they will escalate the Metter and someone will get back to me and never heard from them. I called again on 17 January and the phone will wring for a very long time before they answer with the ref number ***0 and they said someone will call before the end of the day but never received the call. This is very bad customer service and I would never recommend Rain to anyone.
