Rain Customer service

I queried a number of issues on 23/02/2024 to clarify aspects pertaining to the services offered by Rain. I was assisted by Mr Aman Soni who remained patient and extremely helpful in responding to all of my queries. He surely represented a very helpful and knowledgable customer service representative.
