Rain customer service

The payment on my account bounced back and I logged into the rain website and made the payment, the money came off my account on the 26th when I made payment and now it says my account is in arrears but I made the payment. Trying to contact the call Centre is a nightmare. They keep saying I need to make payment but I already paid and I can't be paying double because of their system issue.

Can someone contact me because from the reviews I can everyone is getting charged double
