RAIN customer service

Wow what a great experience with Rain so far. We activated our sim on 1 Oct. Had a signal issue , phoned call centre and the operator was very helpful. A day later I received an email asking of problem has been resolved. It was. Recently had a billing query and sent an email not expecting a response as I have had many non replies on emails from other service providers. But a few hours later my query was answered and explained perfectly. Signal is good but the customer service is definitely the best.
