Rain Customer Service

I received my new 5G ZTE Rain router yesterday and it has not worked since. I tried following all the instructions in their manual booklet without success. I contacted their call centre and our call was cut and nobody bothered to call me back. I have sent emails and messages on their Facebook Messenger with no replies on both. I am very upset at the lack of customer service and time wasted!
