Rain. Customer No Service

I have now been without internet for four days. I logged a call through their ticket system and escalated it yesterday. Although, to be honest, I don't why I bother. There is no customer care/service from RAIN. There are only bots responding to your emails and searching online platforms for negative reviews. It sickens me that this seems to be the only way to get any attention from a living breathing human being who can actually resolve my problem.
