Rain customer is disgusting

Ive had 5G Router for 20 days and the sim card doesnt work. Ive emailed rain many times complaining. Ive sent them a message on twitter and they took my details but never called. Ive beem loosing money and a consultant called and didnt help me. So nobody wants to help me there or sort out my issue. They gonna debt end of the month for internet i havent used. So im angry, i want to them to take it back if nobody can help
